Lovely room and exceptionally clean with a good location. Positive: Must have been recently refurbished. Exceptionally clean with tasteful fittings. Quiet location. Negative: If I had to be picky then I’d say that there seemed to be a slight humming noise in the room. Maybe we were above something in the kitchen? I found the pillows uncomfortable but I do have problems with pillows anyway so that is quite a personal thing.

Positive: Lovely British country pub just what we were looking for in our holiday experience.

excellent Positive: very friendly staff bar food was great and the room was great more than we would have thought for the price we paid will go there again also tell friends Negative: staffs family and friends hanging around in the garden and around the bar thought that was not right

Great overnight stay for early morning departures for Bristol Airport Positive: Beautiful rooms and easy to access for an early departure from Bristol Airport. Friendly staff and informative. Negative: Be good if open for food which they will be doing shortly so this will be an added extra 😍

A great choice for a pleasant night stay before heading to the airport Positive: Great location and easy to find with a satnav. An easy commute to our airport parking booking. Easy check in with clear instructions. Friendly staff serving in the pub and plenty of parking available. Newly renovated room with good facilities. Would stay again and recommend to others. Negative: The pub is not currently serving food, but I believe this is set to change in the future. The small double room really is on the small side. Okay for one night but a little small for a comfortable longer stay. Could have done with a more thorough clean and a few more electric sockets for charging phones over night.
